I just wrote a letter, I intend to mail today to say that they want to talk to her on the phone, due to their unprofessional behavior and all e-mail coraspondance like watching because it’s my writing things have ? Question No. 1 ,,,,,,,,, I have trouble saying it is unprofessional conduct? Question No. 2. . . . . . . . . . . Is it my right to have everything in writing?

    You can not get in trouble, and yes, it is their right to have everything in writing. . You can always call and ask for a supervisor and ask, or talk to someone else. .
